Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are NOT accepting returns or exchanges at this time. All purchases are final sale, until further notice.
CierraJade Collection holds the quality of our products to extremely high standards. If you ever receive a defective/damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@cierrajadeco.com to request a full refund. Within your refund request, please include your order number and a photo of the defective product. Due to COVID-19, we do not expect any defective items to be returned. All refunds will be delivered to the customer's original method of payment.
CierraJade Collection believes in immaculate customer service, and we expect all of our customers to receive exactly what was ordered. Unfortunately, it is sometimes possible for mistakes to occur due to human error. If you ever receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@cierrajadeco.com with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. To resolve this issue, there are two options available.
Option 1: The customer can request a full refund. The refund will be delivered to the customer's original method of payment. Due to COVID-19, we will NOT expect the incorrect item to be returned.
Option 2: If the original item which was ordered is available and in stock, we will ship the correct item to you at no cost. A refund will NOT be processed. Due to COVID-19, we will NOT expect the incorrect item to be returned.
Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Due to COVID-19, we do not expect any defective, damaged, or incorrect items to be returned. Once your refund has been processed, please allow 5-7 business days for funds to be returned to the original method of payment.
