Shipping policy

PRICING

All orders over $70 will receive free shipping. The shipping fee for all orders under $70 is $5.99, unless a free shipping code is used. 

PROCESSING

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 4 pm CST will be processed and shipped the SAME day. Orders placed after 4 pm CST on weekdays will be  processed and shipped the next day. Orders placed on weekends, Saturday and Sunday, will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. 

SHIPPING TIME

Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you the day your order is shipped. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow 1-5 business days to receive your order. All CierraJade Collection orders are shipped via USPS. We are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS.
